TRIUMPH OF MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE
It was my ambition to be a Nurse since I was in 7th standard. I wanted to be a Nurse to serve people suffering from different health issues which I had been seeing since my childhood. I applied many times from where I belong to, but unfortunately I did not get a chance. After facing lots of challenges I got to know about The School of Nursing, Duncan Hospital, Raxaul. It was my only hope; I prayed to God that it will be my last attempt. I applied and appeared the nursing entrance exam and interview, I got through & my professional journey was started. I was very happy to study here. The learning environment that I got here made me a compassionate, competent and committed nurse. The hands–on clinical experience at this institute was invaluable, awesome & unforgettable. The teachers, clinical instructors, ward in-charges & all the staff together provided a very supportive & encouraging environment to bring confidence to my skills. The most inspiring thing I found in this Institution was very fascinating and a very systematic way of doing all things in order. I also got opportunity to pursue higher studies (P.B.B.Sc. & M.Sc.). I was able to achieve this because of the knowledge & confidence I gained from this institution. I am overwhelmed with my gratitude to all the teachers, Management team & staff of Duncan Hospital for helping me to accomplish my ambition.
