Yes, male & female both candidates can apply for GNM.
As per government policies a Nepali candidate can not be registered as a nurse to the State Nursing Council in India. Although admission to GNM is open for Indian as well as Nepali candidates also.
The duration of General Nursing and Midwifery course is 3 years.
The school was established in 1955 and recognized by The Indian Nursing Council (INC) and the Bihar Nurses Registration council which is affiliated to The Mid India Board of Education of Nurses League of CMAI.

Hostel accommodation and food are provided to all the students. Students must reside in the Hostel.
